Brands could see what a wallet held, but not who was genuinely participating. Fans faced another sign-up, another silo, and another disposable loyalty program.
The opportunity was to turn engagement into a portable credential, and make access feel immediate.
THE CHALLENGE
THE PRODUCT IDEA

A fan likes, shares, or RSVPs to a drop or event.

A portable credential records participation without another account.

Fans connect at launch to reveal merchandise, content, tickets, or rewards.
Setter began as a lightweight RSVP app. The larger opportunity was a composable access layer that could travel across storefronts, events, communities, and offline experiences.
